Good Lord! Samuel "psycho" Jackson lol. This was pretty good.Somewhat predictable to be honest at times. But overall pretty good, check it out.=)
Well it's always fun to see Samuel L. Jackson shouting at people... I would probably have liked it more if I'd ever been in an interracial relationship.
Just about unstable single parent cop who's disturbed by a new neighbor. In the end the cop died in his own trap.

Well, ya'll i just came back from this premere. I have to say its the best entertaining drama ive ever seen; especially on the big screen. I didn't get bored for 1 second. I couldn't keep my eyes off the screen throught the movie. Its a very intense story about a young interracial couple finally moves to a neighbor hood called lakeview terrace, where they wanna spend the rest of their lives at. Though, they're is something strange about their next door neighbor; Abel Turner. Their neighbor turns out to be a Los Angelas Police Officer that interupts and trys to destroy the couple's lives. See, i understand when i was watching this i relized that he was a cop being a father to his daughter and son. I also relized that he was protecting his neighborhood, by keeping an eye on everything that goes on. It took me a while to figure out why he was trying to break up the couple. Abel, didn't like that they were interracial. So, they're were two parts to the story instead of 1; which i was thinking. Thats what makes Samuel L. Jackson's character so powerful. This has lots of suspense;which i don't wanna give away because it will definetly ruin it for anybody that hasn't seen it. I'll just tell ya that it will surprise you just as it surprised me. Its very violent for a PG-13 rating. Its very intense, racist and disturbing.
All the actors did great; especially Samuel L. Jackson. Jackson, is the man! What i like about Jackson, he makes his character soooo outstanding. His performance in every single one of his movies amazes me. I have to say this is Samuel L. Jackson's best performance so far. I mean that. If you don't believe me go see LVT. After you watch it you'll see what i mean. Patrick Wilson did an outsatnding job, playing the role as Chris Madsen. Patrick's character was real serious. What ever Chris had to do to stop Abel from ruin their lives, he always had ideas to handle the situation. If i remember i think this is his 1st movie. Wow! What a performance by him. Im hoping to see him in more great movies in the future. Last, but not least Kerri Washington. Oh Man! How sexy is she? SEXY! Let me tell ya. Kerri, is the sexiest black girl ever. She played Lisa Madsen in a very sexy role as Chris's wife. They're was some parts that Kerri, got a little carried away on her acting at the first part of the movie. As the movie went on, she was outstanding. If i recall i think this is Kerri's 1st thriller and she did great.
So, go see LVT as soon as u can. You'll enjoy and be entertained throughout.
WHAT COULD BE SAFER THAN LIVING NEXT TO A COP?

Not to bad of a movie, but nothing too extraordinary. Story, while done well ,was not too original or inspired. The pace of the movie for the first half hour was too slow. Samuel L. Jackson played his role to his usual skill, which saved this movie from having a 2 and 1/2 rating. Watch this movie on a night that you have nothing else to do, but don`t expect too much.
